Constable is a bald eagle and a prince of the Hallux. The younger of two sons, he relies on a combination of intellect and political savvy to stand out from his brother Mach. His idealist world views, however, are often ignored by the top brass of the kingdom but not by his father, who often considers Constable’s perspective when weighing important decisions.
